Andrew & FriendsAt Karate West, we believe that developing and maintaining a sound body and mind are critical to getting the most out of life. In our Teen & Adult program, you will experience a unique approach to self-defense and exercise designed to benefit all areas of your life.

PaulOur goal is to create an environment that gives each individual the opportunity to pursue and achieve a greater level of personal success and freedom. Flexibility will be enhanced through a gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques. Most students notice improvements in weight reductions as well as improved toning and strengthening of muscles.

Early Birds

Adult members with busy schedules benefit from the convenience of our Saturday morning class. Students meet once a week for two hours from 7am to 9am.
