Tiny Tigers, Age 3-5

Our youngest students attend a delightful pre-karate class one day per week. This class gives students a wonderful foundation for improved listening skills and focus required for the Young Achievers' program for ages 5 and 6 which meets twice a week. More

Young Achievers, Age 5-6

Karate West's Young Achievers program is designed to give young children a head start in life by instilling a positive self image and an "I can do it!" attitude. Students meet one time per week for Karate and one time per week for Jump Kick Aerials. More

Youth Karate

This program is the most popular martial arts program in the Northwest for children ages 7 to 11 years old. Karate West's Life Skill Program is at the heart of this curriculum. Students meet two or three times per week. More

Teen & Adult Karate

In the Teen and Adult program, physical fitness and stress relief are the focus. This is an exercise class where students actually like working out. Students meet two or three times per week. More

Extreme Aerials

This exciting fusion of martial arts kicks and gymnastic aerials is offered exclusively to Karate West students ages 8 to 19. This popular program is filled with music, sweat and camaraderie. Students meet one time per week in addition to their regular classes. More

The Black Belt Club

The Black Belt Club is Karate West's premier weapons training program for ages 7 to adult, blue belt and higher (yellow belt for adults). Students attend special weapon training classes, seminars and functions. Students meet one time per week in addition to their regular classes. More

Xtreme TrickX Team

The Performance Team is comprised of talented Black Belt Club Weapon and Aerial students. The team performs at school functions, community events and tournaments. Students meet one time a week in addition to their regular classes. More

Women Only

The Women Only classes offer a unique combination of empowering both the body and the mind to create a more fulfilling and happier life. Students learn how to relax from the stress of daily life with more ease. Students meet two times per week. More

Combat Hapkido (pure self defense)

This exciting program is all about self defense. No kata or forms are presented in this program. Class is offered to teens and adults ages 12 years and older. Students meet two times per week. More
